Depending on body weight, vitamin D supplementation is recommended in the months of September-April or throughout the year if effective skin synthesis of vitamin D is not ensured during the summer months:
• 600-1000 IU/day for children from 1. year of age,
• 800-2000 IU/day for adults.
Application: the preparation is recommended for children from 1. years of age and adults to supplement the diet with vitamin D3.
Recommended intake: children from 1. year of age and adults - 1 press of a dosing pump once a day directly to the mouth or meal. Do not exceed the recommended portion for daytime consumption. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Maintaining a healthy state of health requires balanced nutrition and a healthy lifestyle.
How to eat: The milking pump included in the package must be installed on the preparation bottle. The pump allows you to accurately measure the correct portion of the product. Before first use, press the pump several times until the first dose appears.

Daily portion (1 press of the dosing pump) contains: 25 μg (1000 IU500% of the reference intake) of vitamin D3.

Storage: Store at room temperature in a dry and dark place. Protect from light. Dietary supplements should be stored in a way that is not available to young children. The preparation should be used within three months of opening the bottle.
